About Us

Workshop Leaders

We’re very proud of our excellent team of dedicated professionals who work for Faust. They bring a wealth of experience to each workshop benefiting all involved. Each group will have up to three leaders. The Group Leader who leads the class, designs the curriculum and makes sure the workshops are fun and informative. They are assisted by an Assistant Leader and/or Student Leader who help support individuals, assist in group activities and also bring their energy and ideas to the group.

Prospective staff members undergo a thorough selection process, which concludes with the newcomer taking part in regular workshop so that their suitability may be better determined. All leaders work in support of Faust’s overall Values and Aims and bring enthusiasm, passion and dedication to the position.
