Policy, Terms and Conditions

Registration

  • Applicants should complete the registration form and return by hand or post to the address below with a recent ID photo of your child and a cheque made payable to Faust International Ltd. Post dated cheques will not be accepted.
  • Places are allocated strictly on a first-come-first-served basis and will be allocated on receipt of payment.
  • Existing members receive priority registration with additional places allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • If registration is successful, you will receive via email a letter of confirmation within 21 days of receipt of the registration form. If no places are available your child will be placed on the waiting list and will be informed as soon as a space becomes available.
  • Receipts are available upon request (accompanied by a self-addressed envelope) and will be sent by post.
  • Our preferred method of communication is by email. If you would like to receive correspondence by mail please inform us in writing at the address below.
Please note, your child will not be able to attend workshops if payment is not received.

Cancellation and Refunds
  • In the case that Faust International Ltd. is unable to place your child then your cheque will be returned immediately.
  • We make all effort to ensure there are no changes in terms of location, times or leaders but in case of unanticipated conflicts, a suitable replacement option will be offered. No refunds will be made in such cases. We will inform you by email or by phone of the change as soon as possible.
  • If we consider a student to be unsuitably placed, we reserve the right to withdraw the student and issue a full refund.
  • If you would like to withdraw from a group then your request should be made in writing up to 14 days before a course commences and will be subject to an administration charge of $440. A cheque for the outstanding balance will be sent to you 4 – 6 weeks after processing.
  • Cancellations of less than 14 days cannot be refunded except if your child has incurred an injury (supported by a doctor's note) which prevents her/him from participating in the activity. No refunds can be made once workshops have started.
  • Refunds or make-up classes due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances are not possible.
Workshops
  • Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start of the group. Parents/children arriving before this may be asked to wait elsewhere.
  • Children should be accompanied to and from the workshops but parents/helpers are unable to stay during the sessions.
  • If a child is unwell or unable to attend for any reason, please call 2547 9114 and leave a message or email . In case of emergency call 2547 9114.
  • Children should wear loose fitting clothing and trainers or shoes that do not mark floors.
  • There will be a break in the middle of each workshop. Children are welcome to bring a light snack and water.
  • Insurance is provided within the venue and for Faust activities throughout the territory of Hong Kong by AXA Insurance.
Weather
  • All classes will be cancelled in the event of Typhoon Signal 8 or higher, or black rain warning if hoisted at 7am for morning workshops and 12 noon for afternoon workshops. No refund will be made in this case.

Photographs
  • Completion of the registration form implies consent to the use of photographs of your child for marketing and promotional purposes, in brochures and production flyers, postcards and programmes. If you do not consent, please call 2547 9114 before completing the form.
