Faust offers tailor-made programmes to suit the specific needs of your school, club or organisation. These programmes can range widely within our areas of expertise and we can work closely with the school or organisation to develop and personalise the programme. Please read on to learn about the various programmes available.
Extra-curricular workshops: Working closely with the school we offer after school drama workshops for children. We use the school’s venue and personalise the schedule to suit the needs of the school.
In-school workshops: We offer one-off through to regular workshops within the school day which explore a new drama topic, or build on existing learning. Topics could include: Story telling, playwriting, improvisation, theatre through the ages and devising theatre.
Week-long Programmes: Many secondary schools have an Interim, Challenge or Focus Week where children spend time exploring a new learning challenge. We have worked with a number of schools to provide a drama programme where students spend five school days exploring, rehearsing and preparing a performance geared towards a specific audience (often students at a Primary School).
Performances: Faust’s Theatre in Education programme offers a range of exciting, educational performances that are designed to tour schools and organisations. If you have a school hall or auditorium, we can bring a TIE performance directly to your students.
Fundraisers: Each year we work with charitable organisations and schools to do two great things - learn more about drama and more importantly raise money for a charity!
